By placing an order with Industrial Source, you’re agreeing to the following T&Cs.

💼 The Deal

Once you place an order and we accept it, it's locked in under these terms (unless we agree otherwise in writing). Even if you use your own fancy purchase order form — our T&Cs still apply, not yours.

🚚 Flat Rate Shipping

• Only available on eligible products — we choose what qualifies.
• All items in your cart must qualify. If one doesn’t? Sorry, no flat rate — standard shipping applies.
• We can’t mix USA and AUS-sourced products for flat rate shipping.
• Bulky, heavy, extra-long, or hazardous stuff? Not eligible.
• Flat rate only works if you complete the order on our site.

💸 Pricing + Specs

We might update prices or product specs at any time. The price you see isn’t locked in until we ship it. Oh, and unless stated, prices are ex-works (you handle the shipping).

🌍 Importing Stuff?

If you're outside Australia, you’re in charge of handling:

• Import licenses
• Customs duties
• Port fees
• Basically, all the admin

⏰ Delivery Times

We'll give you an estimated delivery date, but it's not a promise. Stuff happens — delays = no refunds, no cancellations.

🔁 Returns

We’re not obligated to accept returns unless the item is faulty. But if we do? There might be a handling fee.

❌ Cancellations

Changed your mind before delivery? Cool — but cancellation fees may apply. If it was specially sourced just for you, the fee could be pretty steep.

📦 Packaging

Unless you ask (and pay extra) for special packaging, we’ll wrap it the way we think works best.

💥 Force Majeure (aka Life Happens)

If something wild happens (think natural disasters, war, strikes, tech meltdowns, etc.), we can delay or cancel your order — and we’re not liable for any losses caused by it.

🛠 Engineering Data

If we help you with how to use our stuff, that info is just guidance — we’re not responsible for what happens if you rely on it.

💳 Payment

Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, full payment is required before we ship anything.

📦 Ownership & Risk

You don’t officially own the product until it’s fully paid for. But as soon as we hand it to you (or your carrier), it’s your responsibility.

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed by Australian law, and any disputes go through the Australian courts. Fair’s fair.

🛡 Warranty (Our Promise)

Our gear is covered for 1 year from delivery if there’s a fault in materials or workmanship. Here's the rundown:

• We’ll repair or replace (our choice) — but only if:
• You let us know within 14 days of spotting the issue.
• The item was installed & used properly.
• You haven’t modified, damaged, or tampered with it.
• The fault isn’t due to normal wear and tear.
• You used our approved parts for replacements.
• You cover the cost of shipping the faulty item back to us.

FYI: We’re not liable for indirect or secondary losses (like lost profits). Our liability maxes out at the product’s value.

🛑 What You Can’t Do with Our Products

• Ship or use our products in restricted countries (like North Korea, Iran, Syria, etc.)
• Use them for military, nuclear, chemical, or drone use
• Let anyone who does the above get access to them
